 Thru your eyes so much can be told.

Happiness, sadness, good health and  bad health. Your eyes are the gate way to your soul and your body.
 
I recently went to a presentation about the health of the eyes and why more and more children are needing to wear glasses. Due to the world of technology our children are growing up in, they aren't out doors doing activities as often which apart from many other things build motor skills and also can help with the development of  the eye muscles.
If you are continually looking at things at close range  your eye muscles dont devellop properly to be able to adjust for things further away. Hence then the need for glasses.
 
Apart from this getting outside is good for our health. Unfortunatly our children are also getting bigger in their physical states so  they can then put undue stress on their bodies  and organs.
The last thing we need  is  them on a t.v. show.
